2.2 Service Delivery Process

2.2.1 Payment:

• The customer makes a payment on our Website.
• The Company confirms the payment via the email address provided at checkout within 1 working day.

2.2.2 Scheduling:

• The Company's manager offers available time slots and platforms for the session.
• Sessions are normally conducted via Zoom but may be arranged on other platforms upon request.
• Available time slots are within 2 working days from the payment date.
• Upon request, a session can be scheduled within 10 working days.

2.2.3 Confirmation:

• The customer selects a suitable time slot.
• The manager confirms the selected time and sends a meeting link.

2.2.4 Service Execution:

The session is conducted online via video call. The duration of each service is as follows:

• One Question – One Answer: 10 minutes
• Consultation: 30 minutes
• Past and Future Analysis: 45 minutes
• General Analysis: 60 minutes
• Energy Field Work: 40 minutes
• Practice on Working with Energy Channels: 50 minutes
• Training: 90 minutes
• Complex Work: 3 sessions of 60 minutes each

If the customer is unable to attend the scheduled session, they must inform the Company at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
